For HVAC, plumbing & roofing pros in Cincinnati and Dayton

More calls from people already searching for you.

When a furnace dies or a roof leaks, homeowners call one of the first few names they see on Google Maps. I help you earn a spot among them, with a steady flow of recent reviews, a complete Google Business Profile and an instant reply to new leads.

Everything happens by email, with no sales calls and no contract. Got an email from me? Just reply to it, or write to joel@maplinelocal.com.

Three things that help you get the call

Google says it ranks local results by relevance, distance and popularity. You can't move your shop closer to the customer, but reviews and a complete profile feed the other two. And a fast reply decides whether the people who do reach out end up booking with you.

Steady, recent reviews

I set up a simple review request that goes to every customer after every job, and I reply to every review for you. No gating and no incentives: Google's rules are followed to the letter.

74% of U.S. consumers surveyed only consider reviews from the last three months, and 47% won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews.BrightLocal, Local Consumer Review Survey 2026

A complete Google profile

Every service listed, the right categories, the towns you cover, fresh job photos and regular posts. Complete, accurate information is one of the few ranking factors you fully control.

An instant reply to new leads

I set up an automatic reply on your website's contact form, so new leads hear back within minutes, and you get an alert so you can follow up while they're still interested.

Firms that tried to reach a new web lead within an hour were nearly 7× as likely to reach a decision maker as firms that waited even an hour longer.Oldroyd, McElheran & Elkington, Harvard Business Review, 2011 (1.25M leads at 42 U.S. companies)

How it works

Simple, by email and low-risk. You judge the results by your own numbers.

  1. Free audit

I compare your reviews, Google profile and search results with the top competitors in your area, and email you the three fixes that matter most.

  2. 30-day pilot

I build out your profile, start review requests after every job and set up the instant reply on your contact form. You watch your review count and calls.

  3. Keep going, or don't

If it's working, I keep it running month to month and send you a one-page report every month. If not, you walk away. There's no contract.

Who you'll work with: Mapline Local is one person, Joel Nguetsa, in Ohio. I'm new, so instead of testimonials I offer a short pilot that you judge by your own numbers.

Straightforward pricing

One pilot price, then month to month. No contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Then, if you like it

Monthly

$1,000 / month
  • Everything in the pilot, kept running
  • Regular profile posts and photos
  • Monthly one-page report: reviews, calls from your Google profile, leads
  • Cancel anytime

To start, reply "start" to my email or write to joel@maplinelocal.com, and I'll send a secure payment link for the pilot. The monthly plan only begins if you tell me to keep going after day 30. It's billed at the start of each month, and you can cancel by replying to any email.

Questions

Do I have to get on calls or meetings?

No. Everything works by email: the audit, the plan, getting set up and the monthly reports.

Do you guarantee a #1 ranking?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides rankings. What I commit to is the work that helps, and I show you the numbers every month so you can decide whether it's worth it.

What do you need from me?

Setup takes about 15 minutes. Add me as a manager on your Google Business Profile and give me access to your website's contact form. Then either connect the tool you already use for invoices or scheduling, or send me a list of finished jobs each week, so review requests go out. After that, just email me job photos when you have them. Review requests go by email, or by text only to customers who agreed to get texts.

Who are you?

Mapline Local is a one-person business in Ohio: me, Joel Nguetsa. I'm new, so I don't have testimonials yet. That's why the pilot is short and low-cost, and you judge it by your own results.

Is there a contract?

No. The pilot is a one-time $500, and after that it's month to month. Cancel anytime by replying to any email.

Want to see where you stand?

Email me your business name and city. I'll send back a free audit: how you compare to the top results near you, and the three fixes I'd make first.
